消防员热应激机理分析及监控对策

摘要:热应激是消防员面临的主要职业风险之一,由此引发的中暑、热射病等伤亡事故时有报道。本文通过对国内外相关研究调研简要介绍了消防员热应激的成因与危害,并结合相关研究成果对消防员热应激的防控提出了一些对策及建议,为保障消防员在热应激状态下的安全与健康提供理论依据和方法指导。

Mechanism analysis, monitoring and control countermeasures of firemen's heat stress

Abstract: Heat stress is one of the main occupational risks faced by firefighters. Casualties such as heatstroke and heat radiation disease are often reported. Through the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper briefly introduces the causes and hazards of firefighter heat stress, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and control of firefighter heat stress combined with relevant research results, and provide theory and method for ensuring the safety and health of firefighters under heat stress.

1 引言

热应激是消防员面临的主要职业风险之一,易引发不同程度的热损伤,如热痉挛、热衰竭、热射病等,势必影响消防员的救援能力和身体健康。
